McAdenville, NC
Known as Christmas Town USA, McAdenville, NC is a small town just west of Charlotte that goes all out for Christmas. The entire community transforms into a red, green, and white winter wonderland overnight. Kicking off with a tree-lighting ceremony on December 1st, the entire month brings a legendary Christmas lights show, a yule log parade, and plenty of shopping, attracting over 600,000 visitors each year. Residents even change their address to a Christmas-themed name for the month of December!
Nevada City, CA
